High School Conditioning Training Camp

• Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Located at Bavis Ice Arena, Rockland
• August 3rd thru August 28th.
• 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM - On-Ice conditioning with MIAA Hall of Fame and former Catholic Memorial Coach, Bill Hanson.
• 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM - Off-ice strength & conditioning training with Pat O'Toole in the Bavis gym.

Sessions Available:

• Players are encouraged to come all four weeks to prepare for the September season.  That cost is $275.
• Players can also come on a weekly basis for $75/week.
• Lastly, players who walk on per day pay $30/day.
